Does the head coach come up with the entire (or most of) the playbook? Or does the offensive coordinator do that? If the head coach does, what is the offensive coordinator’s job regarding what plays are in the playbook or in games? Also for defense. Did Nick Saban make his playbook, or his OC?

When the player plays good they could buyback with no much increase the player price such as Alvaro Morata. But if the player gets floppy, they don't buyback. It looks like it is not benefit to the buyer.

Full Quote:“I don’t think he’s a great coach at all. He’s a nice coach. To me, and I’ve said this, he’s really a great cheerleader guy. I don’t know what he does. But I don’t think that he’s a great coach at all.”

Andrew Symonds, a former Australian cricketer, bowled both offspin  and medium pace. Admittedly he was rubbish at both, but at least he was  equally skilled in both styles. But I am not talking about medium pace, I mean why there is no bowler who can bowl pace atleast as good as Morne Morkel and spin like Saeed Ajmal. EDIT:- Since Kallis was very good as both as a batsman and as a bowler. So I don't see any reason why a bowler can not be equally good in both spin as well as pace. Kindly try to give the reasons behind it.
